Nationale, obiective si pareri subiective

Disclaimer: cum nu sunt la Bucuresti habar nu am cate discutii sunt pe acolo si cu cine.

Formatul de nationale:

Lucrurile bune: extraordinar faptul ca s-a reusit sa avem normalitatea platii cu o saptamana inainte a „biletelor” de intrare. Felicitari lui Bogdan si cui l-a ajutat in aceasta privinta. Buna ideea unui FAQ local. Ar fi minunat daca s-ar pastra o rigoare a lui si in final cineva sa ia decizii care sa le posteze separat.

Ce cred ca poate fi imbunatatit: Modul in care sunt comasate informatiile de pachet. Sunt cateva chestiuni disparate si lucruri care sunt uitate daca nu au fost intrebate (gen daca nu intreba Octav puteam sa zic unui necron player ca nu se joaca cu noapte?). FW admision: M-am abtinut cu greu sa nu fac haz de necaz si sa vin cu lista de 14 Leman Russ si Basilisks sau sa vin cu o lista de Horus Heresy. S-a dovedit ca aceeia care strigau cat de nasol e fara erau doar gura mare si nu participa (vezi si incidentele cu fortificatiile cu Host). Nu exista indicatii cum va fi terenul asezat pe mese si cat va fi. pachetul de misiuni are prea multe chestiuni referitoare la Kill points: 1 primar si 3 secundare e prea mult in 5 misiuni. Avantajarea flyer-armies prin asta e destul de mare. Comercial inca nu imi dau seama daca il va ajuta pe Bogdan (cel putin pana cand nu vad comenzi la Heldrake). Obiectivele random sunt clar impotriva exact pentru motivele expuse de Charlie. Cat de frustrant poate fi pentru cineva sa piarda un meci pentru ca a aparut obiectivul minune in un loc?

Vedem apoi cum vor fi foile de punctaj, terenul pe mese, faimosul arbitru si altele.

Obiective

Ieri am finalizat lista. Nu difera cu mult fata de ultima mea lista. Ceva mai multa rezistenta pentru vehicule prin un Iron Wolf, cateva bodies in minus si emphasis tot pe  SW (ca sa nu ma certe Efty ca incep sa joc IG hahahaha…glumesc). Mai am vreo 15 puncte care nu stiu ce sa fac: leman russ sa fie demolisher? power axe pe niste lupi? Saga of the iron wolf si necklace si un melta bomb si renunt la un servitor pentru Iron priest? un cyberwolf pe ironpriest? un poweraxe pe un sergent de garda? upgrade din Icarus in Quad gun pe aegis?

Imi propun sa castig 4 din cele 5 meciuri si sa nu mai fac greselile stupide din meciul cu Zanfir.

Am facut conversia de techmarine (a iesit destul de ok zic eu – si baiatul are un pose destuld e cool inspirat dupa artwork-ul din carte plus e punkist 🙂 ) si am modificat cei 2 aviatori din assault sa fie servitori pentru techmarine (mai degraba henchmani ca nu au bionics dar nu mai sunt identici).

Mai ramane sa vorbesc cu Laur pentru vehicule (cele 4 mari si late). IG-ul vor fi de fapt Eldari si va fi usor sa fie deosebiti.

Singurul meci unde am pierdut am pierdut la tertiar facand 2 sau 3 greseli grave tactice deci mi-am meritat infrangerea. Lista nu e deloc utila vs flyers dar singet flyers nu m-au deranjat.

Ce m-a deranjat a fost lipsa de mobilitate si rezistenta la atritie pe vehicule. Plus artileria inamica.

Dupa multiple permutari am ajuns la ceva de genul asta care e si mai variat, nu e foarte spammy, are tools si rezistenta

Ps stiu ca m-am slabit pe partea de trupe. O solutie ar fi sa scot si vendetta si sa mai pun o tona de guardsmeni(cam20).

SW building and a list

A face combi weapons e groaznic…pe cuvant. Ma doare mana de cioplit in plasma pistols.

In alta ordine de idei kitul de SW marinari este super. Poti face nenumarate variante cam toate pline de detalii. De la un wulfen cu coiful de lup, plin de blana de lup si cu 2 sabii cu capete de lup pe ele si o armura bineinteles tot cu model de lup pana la un plasma gunner cu capul gol urland bad ass la luna la simpli marineri cu diferite elemente interesante gen unul care are un picior de MK8 si unul de MK4 sau 5 (corvus) armura e mk8 dar capul tot corvus armor.

IN timp de cioplit ma tot gandeam si la liste.

Pana imi definitivez lista de nationale am facut si o lista de FW care sa arate greseala de a pune in turnee pe prietenii  de la Forgeworld:

Cateva ganduri despre editia a 6-a

Paradoxul 1:

Cover mai slab => mai mult unitati pe jos

Importanta Killpoints redusa si focus majorat pe obiective => MSU aproape ca a disparut in liste

Paradoxul 3:

Schimbarile armurii de 2+ => scadere a meltelor si o crestere a plasmelor desi ambele sunt ap1 sau 2. Bine aici a intervenit si cresterea foot stuff.

Din cele cateva meciuri dar si din multele ore de gandit cum ar trebui sa arate o lista decenta de editia a 6-a as deduce cateva concluzii:

– Ai nevoie de trupe rezistente

– Ai nevoie de melte deoarece vehiculele AV13 si 14 sunt mai rezistente ca oricand

– Aliatii sunt gold in multe situatii

– Flyerele sunt bune dar nu castiga singure meciurile

Se joaca in layers:

Cultisti +kharn a caror rol este sa moara. Intai sunt protejati de Aegisul care va fi pus la 23,9 inchi (adica la jumatatea mesei). Urmeaza vindicatoarele cu pew pew. Rhino-urile duc CSM unde trebuie si apoi havoc launchers le fac si pe ele un threat, in spate veteranii se duc la aegis sa faca threat cu plasmele lor. SUnt protejati de cei 14 marinari cu plasme si VotlW fearless si ccs-ul ajuta fie vets fie basiliskul.

Pachetul grecesc:
 
Missions: Tiered missions have proved time and again that it is the most valid format for a competitive event such as the ETC. We can use three objective groups, as before, with the addition of the old victory points as the 4th objective set. These will yield the 20 total battle points (BPs) that can be accumulated from each match. We also need a term for the differential between the opposing forces to scale each objective set. A victory point differential (dVP) is therefore the difference in VPs between the two armies.Tiered Structure:
1. Primary->8 BPs, one rulebook primary objective set
2. Secondary->4 BPs, second rulebook primary objective set, built in the primary or not
3. Tertiary->2 BPs, a secondary rulebook objective set i.e. Slay the Warlord, Linebreaker, First Blood; all together add up to 2 total points with each objective’s weight on the sum NOT depending on the primary. So, in every mission they yield 1 VP each.
4. Eternal War->6 BPs, a comparison of the value of the models killed vs. models lost (lets call it “Army Points”, with a similar count to the VPs for the 5th ed)

Terrain&Objectives: Terrain should be placed by the organizers to enhance and speed up play. The most important aspect of terrain though is the composition and amount. It MUST adhere by the instructions of the rulebook which encourage 25%+ coverage and as much VARIETY as possible. If the organizing country is not capable of delivering on these requirements, the teams should at least be informed months before delivering their lists, on what the terrain composition will be.

Mysterious objectives should be played as normal, since their impact can usually be dealt with and they also help keeping flyers in check. Objectives must also never be placed within 12” of one another.

Any number of mysterious terrain pieces included on the board, should be numbered on all boards with a ready cheat-sheet presenting the qualities of each piece. Alternatively, players can agree on rolling for any or all mysterious terrain pieces.

Team composition: Each codex can be included in a team only once as a main army and/or only once as an ally. This is the fairest and promotes the best of all (strategy, list building and balance) and prohibits spamming allies throughout a team or restricting what players can use. It also adheres with playing the game as close as possible to what it is, modifying the list setup to the smallest possible degree, so that it fulfills the requirements for a team championship. Any other limitations imposed on this would result in much less lists with allies and/or less variety and will ultimately lead to even more differentiated builds and game-play than the game was originally designed for. In addition if teams are forced to design their lists with more limited or unfitting allies and fewer lists with allied detachments, the match-ups will be more rock-paper-scissors than they should be, even for ETC standards and they will in turn lead to highly predictable pairings. We have aggreed to note that any Main-Ally combination of Codices can only be used once. So, a Main army Space Marines cannot take Blood Angels for Allies, if a Blood Angel Main with a Space Marine Ally allready exists in the team. That way there is no need in POINT restricting the allies, since the main interest of the ETC is to have DIFFERENT armies.

Roster composition: Our suggestion is 2000 points with one FOC and 0-1 allied detachment (we should also consider an exception for Tyranids so that they can include 2 FOC per army We have decided to change the suggestion to a „Tyranid Ally on Tyranid Codex”, so that the FOC gets a bit bigger as much as the rest do, but not as big as with 2 FOC), and no restrictions other than those in the rulebook. The reasoning behind the 2000 points is that the categories of main threats an army has to be able to cope with has increased with the inclusion of flyers, fortifications, enhanced psychic abilities and overall more distinguishable and useful units, due to the new rules (in simple terms, it’s no longer just lasscannon, missile and melta, but so much more). As such, if the current points limit is kept, well rounded armies will be a truly seldom sight leading to a more rock, paper, scissors game. At 2000+ points, however both defenders and attackers can have their advantages and disadvantages for the ETC format.

Fortifications: They are in the rulebook for a reason, balance. Yes, the fortress of redemption is too much to handle in a tournament, but things like the Aegis with a quad gun are VERY important in keeping flyers in check and providing the opportunity for almost all races to build solid armies without the need to always include a flyer somehow. So bottom line, fortifications (except the Fortress) should be included with some FAQ-ing for oddities and for clarifying their placement within an already set-up table.

Points from fast attack units destroyed are counted in the secondary objective.

Parerea mea despre turneu octombrie

As vrea sa spun ca imi este rusine si chiar in unele cazuri in pare rau ca am ajuns sa am o parere buna despre anumite persoane care in ultimele zile nu au facut nimic altceva decat din punctul meu de vedere e sa se coboare la o moralitate demna de nimic, ma refer aici la toti cei care pe langa ca se cearta ca chiorii pe nimic, dar si cei care alimeanteaza acesta cearta.
Sincer credeam ca in aceasta comunitate ne putem numii prieteni si putem sa interactionam ca prietenii, evident m-am inselat amarnic.
Am ajuns la concluzia ca din pacate sunt incojurat de oameni imaturi care se cearta pe un joca care ar trebui inainte de toate se te relaxaze si sa te face sa te simti mai bine si sa uiti de probleme.
Limitele bunului simt si al urmarii unor reguli impuse pur si simplu nu exista, nici macar minima decenta da a urmarii regulile de postare intr-un forum, sa nu mai vorbesc de bunul simt al adunarii gunoiului, sau alte si alte si alte probleme
Sincer nu imi place deloc unde s-a ajuns in momentul de fata, poate este si vina mea in mare masura ca am permis acest comportament, dar trebuie schimbata foaia.
Nu as vrea sa spun sa va fie rusine pentru certuri intre amici care se cunosc de ani de zile( traktor, clau, cristi), sau sa va fie rusine ca oameni care au o varsta si o maturitate se porcesc ca in piata (razvan, usa, efty) , sa sa va fie rusine ca nu urmati niste rugaminti si principii impuse de liderii comunitatii (negru, paul iordache, paul ghioca), sau sa va fie rusine ca lasati dupa voi la turneu ca in cocina cu porcii, nu mai zic astea, dar sunt foarte dezamagit de toti si voi schimba multe in comportamentul meu fata de voi.

Ce gasiti mai sus este un post al colegului Banton. Intrucat sunt banat nu am drept la replica asa ca voi raspunde aici.

Exprima cateva probleme care au mai fost expuse cu o regularitate interesanta de-a lungul anilor si exprima exact aceeasi reactie care a avut-o Bogdan cand a fost pus in fata lor. Cand discutam de Echilibru in un post anterior am spus printre randuri cat de mult nu si-a asumat responsabilitatea pentru ce se intampla colegul Bogdan.

Cateva raspunsuri simple: Eu nu m-am porcit cu USA. I-am dat un raspuns dur, la limita vulgaritatii pentru ca nu mai suportam deciziile comunicate de el si care le percepeam unilateral pentru ca asa le prezenta si care Bogdan le-a tolerat din lene de a face el chestiuni. Nu am raspuns la amenintarea din postul lui ci am revenit la subiect. Nici USA nu a mai scris (desi poate nu a avut ocazia dar ma indoiesc). Un schimb de doua replici dure nu e porceala. Ne-am mai certat si alte dati si apoi am ras impreuna. Superreactia exagerata a lui Bogdan e exact in trendul de sa facem sau sa nu facem fara a gasi un echilibru in concordanta cu scopul si telul comunicarii prin forum sau al comunitatii in general.

De asemenea eu refuz sa fiu incadrat in categoria „lasati dupa voi la turneu ca in cocina cu porcii”. Mi-am dus modelele imprumutate la loc, am aruncat mancarea la gunoi. ca acel gunoi e un morman urias in o camera ma indoiesc ca este vina mea. Trebuia sa vin de la Ploiesti sa iti strang gunoiul din magazin, Bogdane? Sau poate crezi ac daca rugai lumea  (accentuez rugai) nu te ajutam cu totii sa facem curat 10 minute inainte de inceperea turneului? Nu iti mai aduci aminte cand faceam noi doi curat in cealalata parte si duceam saci de gunoi impreuna, saci stransi dupa saptamani in care tu nu faceai nimic in acest sens? Eu zic sa iti asumi acaesta vina deoarece este a ta in totalitate. Este a ta deoarece ar trebui sa fi un lider, sa faci reguli fara sa le impui ca nu suntem la comandament si nimeni nu vine obligatoriu aici.

Dezamagirea de care vorbesti vine si din vina ta. Nu ai gestionat corect cum s-a desfasurat totul, esti dezamagit, dar faci misto. Eu am un principiu si asta se vede in posturile care le fac: intai ma uit la barna din ochiul meu si mi-o asum si apoi vorbesc de barna din ochii altora.

M-ai acuzat ca ma plang ca o baba dar nu ai avut respectul de a intreba o data: „Bai, ce ai de ce nu mai vrei?”

Asa ca Bogdane, invata intai ca pe prieteni ii respecti si ii accepti cu bune si rele apoi ai asteptari. Iti aduc aminte de un post a lui Charlie in care iti sugera ca suntem 3 care stim cat de „fail” si alte vorbe ne consideri. Eu ce am avut sa iti spun tie ti-am spus mereu in fata. Sa faci la fel si apoi sa ai pretentii de la mine.
